Box Hill Hockey Club is a constantly growing, family oriented club. Our aim is to focus on:
- Encouraging new and existing junior members to learn and improve their skills.
- Encourage more senior members to actively participate in all elements of the club.
- Enjoy the spirit and competition of the game which we all love to play.

HEALTH & FITNESS PRESENTATION - 17th APRIL

Juniors, Seniors (men and women) and Parents are Invited to Attend a Presentation on Sports Health & Fitness by Craig Stewart (see below)
Date: Wednesday 17th April (2 sessions available)
Time: 6.00pm to 7.00pm – this session mainly for U16’s & Parents
7.00pm to 8.00pm – this session mainly for Seniors & U14’s
Venue: Elgar Park Clubrooms
The presentation will cover preparation and recovery to maximize performance. Including: hydration, nutrition, sleep, warm up/down and some injury prevention/maintenance.
There is a nominal charge of $2 per person.

Please join us on Wed 10th April, 7.30pm at Elgar Park, unveiling of our new uniform, announcement of the Vic League & Reserve Teams, welcome of the Club’s second women’s team and presentation of Club Shirt to Dick Menting & Lorelle Richter, Bendigo Bank, Balwyn Community Branch our Major Sponsor.
